Store Policy

At Maison Patina, we combine craftsmanship with clarity.

The following policy outlines how purchases are handled and what you can expect when ordering from us.

1. Orders & Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is formed only once you receive written confirmation that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Breach of our Terms
  • Stock inaccuracies

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Our furniture includes handcrafted, hand-dyed and pre-loved pieces.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Natural leather will display variation in tone, grain and texture.
  • Hand-dyed finishes may vary subtly from images shown.
  • Pre-loved and vintage pieces will show signs of age and use.
  • Measurements are approximate.

These characteristics are not considered faults.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to order confirmation.
