We offer delivery throughout the UK via specialist furniture couriers.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the item and your location. Estimated timings will be confirmed after purchase. While we always aim to deliver promptly, timings are estimates and may be affected by courier scheduling or circumstances beyond our control. We will liaise with our customers to agree on a delivery date that is suitable.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the entrance of the property. White-glove delivery (room of choice placement and packaging removal) may be available depending on location.

Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate access to the property
  
• Sufficient doorway, hallway and staircase dimensions
  
• A clear and safe delivery route
  

We recommend measuring access points prior to purchase.

If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or unsafe conditions, additional charges for redelivery or storage may apply.

Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

Any visible transit damage must be noted with the courier and reported to us in writing within 48 hours.

International Orders

International delivery are available on request.

Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
